针对变电站外部接地网受损后的应对措施研究

摘要
为了应对变电站外部接地网损毁后出现的站内安全性参数不符合规程要求的情况,需要对变电站内部剩余的主体接地网进行适当的改造,以使站内的接触电压和跨步电压等符合安全性要求.分别提出了应用离子接地极、垂直接地体和接地模块不同材质接地材料的三种不同接地网改造方案,仿真试验的结果表明三种改造方案均在一定程度上缓解了站内的安全性超标情况.其中表现效果排序为:离子接地极>垂直接地体>接地模块,离子接地极和垂直接地体的使用均能使接触电压、跨步电压降至安全限值以内,而接地模块的表现则稍逊色,其对应的接触电压仍然略大于安全值,故接地模块在此类问题中的使用还有待于进一步研究.研究结论可以为类似情形的接地网优化改造提供参考.
Abstract
In order to deal with the situation that the safety parameters in the substation do not meet the requirements of the regulations after the external grounding grid of the substation is damaged,it is necessary to carry out appropriate reconstruction works on the remaining main grounding grid in the substation,so as to make the contact voltage and step voltage in the substation meet the safety requirements The results of simulation test show that the three transformation schemes can alleviate the phenomenon of safety exceeding the standard to a certain extent,and the order of performance effect is:ion grounding electrode>vertical grounding body>grounding module.The use of ion grounding electrode and vertical grounding body can reduce the contact voltage and step voltage to within the safety limit,while the use of grounding module can not Therefore,the use of grounding module in this kind of problem needs further research.The research conclusions on provide reference information for the optimization and transformation of grounding grid in similar situations.
