变压器自适应喷淋降温装置的设计与应用

变压器是电力系统中重要组成部分,高温季节时有效散热可保障其高效运行.传统变压器辅助降温方式以"温控启停"策略为主,存在启停滞后、降温效果差和资源浪费等问题.为解决上述问题,设计喷淋降温内部控制回路和立体式喷淋外部回路,进而改进喷淋降温装置,并提出变压器自适应喷淋降温策略.经实验证明,设计的变压器喷淋降温装置配合所提自适应降温策略能达 8℃以上有效降温,且不会造成资源浪费,可保障变压器在高温季节下的安全运行.
Design and application of transformer adaptive spray cooling device
Transformers are an important part of the power system,and effective heat dissipation during the high temperature season can ensure efficient operation.The traditional transformer-assisted cooling mode is mainly based on the"temperature-controlled start-stop"strategy,which has problems such as start-up and stop-start,poor cooling effect,and waste of resources.In order to solve the above problems,the internal control loop of spray cooling and the external circuit of three-dimensional spray were designed to improve the spray cooling device,and the transformer adaptive spray cooling strategy was proposed.Experiments have proved that the designed transformer spray cooling device can effectively cool down more than 8℃ with the proposed adaptive cooling strategy without causing waste of resources,which can ensure the safe operation of the transformer in the high temperature season.
