Peak time shift strategy of rural electric heating load to alleviate the problem of heavy overload in seasonal stations
Due to the promotion of the coal-to-electricity heating policy, the high demand for heating in winter, and the high simultaneous rate of electricity consumption during the peak-valley electricity price handover period,in recent years, the seasonal heavy overload or even burning of transformers in the station area has become more frequent. In this paper,a peak time shift strategy of electric heating load suitable for alleviating seasonal heavy overload in rural areas is proposed. In this strategy, the three household electric heating needs of'household comfort, electricity consumption and electricity cost remain unchanged'are equivalent to the mathematical model constraints of'peak shift peak-valley shift valley, constant electricity before and after adjustment, peak shift relay-adjustment time limit'.Based on the thermal inertia temperature change model of the electric heating room, the duration of its thermal insulation is analyzed, and the load time limit translation and rotation peak clipping strategies are formulated through 0-1 planning. The simulation results show that the strategy can effectively alleviate the seasonal heavy overload problem in the station area.
