Study on a method of adjusting capacity of industrial load aggregation
Based on the production process characteristics and load characteristics of key industries,deep exploration of load resource regulation potential is crucial to promote the release of enterprise energy efficiency space.This paper focuses on the characteristics of industrial mainstream production processes and load adjustability,and proposes a research method of industrial load aggregation adjustability based on K-means clustering.Firstly,the industry adjustable feature matrix is constructed based on the industry production process.Secondly,based on the K-means method,the feature matrix cluster analysis is carried out to classify industry users and identify typical enterprises.Thirdly,the adjustable capacity of various industries is calculated based on the adjustable capacity of equipment.Finally,taking the typical fertilizer manufacturing industry as an example,based on the production load characteristics,the load adjustable capacity of different types of users in the fertilizer manufacturing industry was analyzed,and the application value and effectiveness of the industry load aggregation adjustable capacity method proposed in this paper was verified.
