活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸催化大豆油 制备生物柴油

文章优化了活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸催化大豆油制备生物柴油的工艺.分别采用单因素实验和正交实验对反应条件进行了优化,得到最佳反应条件为:醇油摩尔比25:1、催化剂用量为6%、反应时间2.5 h、反应温度75℃;在此条件下,生物柴油产率为96.4%.
Preparation of biodiesel from soybean oil catalyzed byp-toluene sulfonic acid loaded on activated carbon
A process about preparation of biodiesel from soybean oil was optimized by using p-toluene sulfonic acid loaded on activated carbon.The optimal esterification conditions were obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment as follows:molar ratio of methanol to oil 25:1,dosage of catalyst 6%,reaction time 2.5 h and reaction temperature 75℃.Under these conditions,the production rate of biodiesel reached 96.4%.
