The article is based on the development of basic construction management in schools in Guangxi,and develops a strategic model based on SWOT analysis for teaching basic construction of different levels of education goals such as compulsory education,high school education,university and above.Based on thorough analysis and research,the strategic model is used to set corresponding basic construction management measures to further strengthen the management of school basic construction projects in Guangxi.It plays a vital role in planning the future,optimizing the allocation of resources,improving the efficiency of running a school and realizing the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the school.
