Research on Cost Risk Assessment of Fabricated Buildings under EPC Mode Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method
Cost control is crucial for the construction of prefabricated buildings,and evaluating the cost risks of prefabrica-ted buildings can play an important role in cost control.In the article,the entropy weight method-AHP combination weighting meth-od is used to determine the weights of various risk assessment indicators,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish a cost risk assessment model for prefabricated buildings under Engineering Procurement Construction(EPC)mode.The constructed cost risk evaluation index system machine and its evaluation model are applied to evaluate the cost risk of the QCYJHY project,confirming the feasibility of the model.It is concluded that the cost risk of the QCYJHY project belongs to a higher risk lev-el.
