基于模糊PID控制的点胶单螺杆泵流量控制方法研究

建立了单螺杆点胶泵流量控制系统数学模型,采用了一种模糊PID控制器以提高系统控制性能,并基于实际系统和Mamdani模糊推理算法确定偏差e,偏差变化ec,输出量Kp,Ki,Kd 的论域变量范围、语言值、隶属度函数、模糊控制规则表,搭建了模糊PID控制器.使用MATLAB/Simulink软件对所搭建的系统控制器进行仿真实验,并通过对比传统PID控制与模糊PID控制的系统阶跃响应图,得出模糊PID控制器的效果最佳,并且具有调节时间快、超调量小、抗干扰强的优点,一定程度上提高了单螺杆泵流量控制系统的稳定性.
Research on Flow Control Method of Dispensing Single Screw Pump Based on Fuzzy PID Control
This article establishes a mathematical model for the flow control system of a single screw dispensing valve pump,adopts a fuzzy PID controller to improve system control performance,and determines the domain variable range,language value,membership function,and fuzzy control rule table of deviation e,deviation change ec,output Kp,Ki,Kd based on the actual sys-tem and Mamdani fuzzy inference algorithm.A fuzzy PID controller is constructed.Using MATLAB/Simulink software to conduct simulation experiments on the constructed system controller,and by comparing the step response diagrams of traditional PID control and fuzzy PID control,it is found that the fuzzy PID controller has the best effect,and has the advantages of fast adjustment time,small overshoot,and strong anti-interference,which,to some extent,improves the stability of the single screw pump flow control system.
