On the Application of Intra-Party Laws and Regulations in National Supervision Work
To govern the Party in accordance with its own intra-party laws and regulations,the related theory of the applica-tion of intra-party laws and regulations in national supervision work should be clarified,such as why the intra-party laws and regula-tions could be applicated in the national supervision work,what the application theory is and which kinds of application principals should be complied with.The both political and legitimate national supervision system sets up the institutional foundation of its ap-plication.The intra-party laws and regulations possessing the normative effect and positive effect as theoretical law,sets up the ef-fectiveness of its application.And,while the intra-party laws and regulations are applicated in the national supervision work,three principals which are periodicity principal,displacability principal and objectivity principal should complied with.
