系统性视角下高校创新创业教育机制的构建路径研究

摘要
高校创新创业教育既是落实人才强国战略的重要途径,也是高校教育改革的必然选择.基于系统性视角分析当前高校创新创业教育现状发现,受教育观念与教育思维影响,创新创业教育主体内驱力不足,主要表现在教育理念失衡、教育资源分散、扶持力度有限、保障机制缺失等方面,严重制约着高校创新创业教育的长远发展.基于此,高校可通过完善运作机制促进多元主体参与,整合教育资源激发教育合力,嵌入系统性思维构建创新创业育人氛围,优化保障机制促进政策落实,培养具有较强创新创业能力的复合型人才.
Abstract
Innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities is not only an important way to implement the talent strengthening strategy,but also an inevitable choice for university education reform.Based on a systematic analysis of the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,it is found that due to the influence of educational concepts and thinking,the internal driving force of innovation and entrepreneurship education is insufficient,mainly manifested in imbalanced educational concepts,dispersed educational resources,limited support,and lack of guarantee mechanisms,which seriously restricts the long-term development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.Based on this,universities can promote the participation of multiple subjects through improving operational mechanisms,integrating educational resources to stimulate education-al synergy,embedding systematic thinking to build an innovative and entrepreneurial education atmosphere,optimizing guarantee mechanisms to promote policy implementation,and cultivating composite talents with strong innovation and entrepreneurship abili-ties.
