基于数字孪生的车联网边缘计算技术研究

针对复杂时变信道条件下,车辆网络对高计算性能的需求问题,提出了一种基于数字孪生的移动边缘计算的多无人机辅助的车辆网络系统,引入数据中心存贮数字孪生系统数据进行协助,以提升整体系统的效率,在此基础上建立了所有无人机和车辆间通信的时延最小化问题,并给出基于近端策略优化算法的问题求解方案,仿真实验证明了该方法的可行性和有效性,该方法所计算的时延相比贪婪算法、策略梯度算法等具有较大的改善.
Research on Edge Computing Technology of Internet of Vehicle Based on Digital Twin
In order to meet the high computational performance of vehicular networks under complex time-varying channel conditions. A multi-unmanned aerial vehicle( UAV)-assisted vehicular network system based on mobile edge computing with digital twins(DT) is proposed. A data center is introduced to store the data of digital twin system for assistance in order to improve the effi-ciency of the overall system, on which the problem of minimizing the delay of the communication between all the UAVs and the vehi-cles is established, and a problem solution based on the proximal policy optimization algorithm. The simulation experiments prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the method, and the delay calculated by the method has a large improvement compared with the greedy algorithm, policy gradient algorithm and so on.
