基于FTA方法的纺织印染行业VOCs排放致因机理分析

近期工业VOCs排放问题受到广泛关注.我国作为纺织印染大国,纺织印染行业发展迅速.印染企业在生产过程中,由于定型、涂层、印花等工序产生了大量的VOCs,对环境及人体健康造成严重危害.本研究采用事故树构建印染行业VOCs过量排放致因机理模型,识别关键风险因子,通过定性和定量分析得到基本事件工艺操作参数缺陷、工艺设备使用缺陷为关键风险因子,基本事件工艺落后、设备老化、企业管理问题为相对关键风险因子,进而提供有针对性的防治方案.相关研究可为印染行业VOCs防控提供一种新的思路和手段.
Causing Mechanism Analysis of VOCs Emissions in the Textile Printing and Dyeing Industry Based on FTA Method
Recently the emission issue of industrial VOCs has received significant attention. As the textile printing and dye-ing industry in China is developing rapidly, printing and dyeing enterprises in the production process, due to the formation, coating, printing and other processes, produced a large number of VOCs, and will cause serious harm to the environment and human health. Constructing the mechanism of VOCs printing and dyeing industry, this study identifies the key risk factors through qualitative and quantitative analysis. The analysis results show that the process operation parameters defects, process equipment use defects are key risk factors, while the backward basic event process, aging equipment and enterprise management problems are relative key risk fac-tors. Finally, some prevention and control measures are provided. The research can provide a new idea and means for VOCs preven-tion and control in the printing and dyeing industry.
