The construction of the culture of the rule of law is the way of necessity for the construction of a country under the rule of law,and it is also the proper meaning of the construction of a cultural power. We should adhere to Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law as the fundamental adherence,incorporate moral education such as socialist core values in the construction of the rule of law culture,and implement the idea of law to safeguard world peace and morality to nourish the public feeling. To solve the promi-nent problems in the construction of the rule of law culture through the path of legal education,we can explore and innovate the insti-tutional resources of the Chinese legal system,and use a variety of platforms and means to enhance the legal awareness of the pub-lic,help the construction of the culture of the rule of law,and realize the construction of a socialist country ruled by law and a pow-erful socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
