The Reform Path of Optimizing the "Dual Track System" Law Graduate Courses under Employment Orientation
Cultivating the employment ability of law graduate students is an important goal that graduate courses aim to a-chieve. Optimizing the curriculum reform of law graduate students guided by employment not only helps to achieve the important goals of discipline construction and talent cultivation at the school level,but also is a major measure to implement the strategy of"comprehensively promoting the rule of law". At present,the reform of the"dual track"law graduate course is facing problems such as identical curriculum system settings,unclear effectiveness in practical teaching,ineffective matching between course teach-ing interaction and training objectives,and unreasonable design of course teaching assessment. To optimize the curriculum reform of law graduate students,it is recommended to establish a scientific and reasonable graduate curriculum system,optimize the teaching content of the"dual track"law graduate curriculum,innovate the teaching methods of the"dual track"law graduate curriculum,and standardize the teaching assessment and evaluation mechanism of graduate courses.
