摘要

传统由多个单一功能模块构成的PLC实验台与真实应用场景存在较大差异,不利于学生将理论知识与实际被控对象联系起来,提高实践能力的效果有限.为此,在深度分析实践教学目标和企业对人才素质要求的基础上,提出并构建一套面向真实应用场景的PLC实训平台.该平台以制造业典型工件加工流水线为范本,在组件构成、空间布置和控制功能等方面与实际系统保持一致.平台可实现的控制功能具有结构化特点,可根据教学需要设计成难度级别不同、内容多样的实训项目,不仅可以有效激发学生的学习积极性,还有利于循序渐近地锻炼和培养学生的"分析被控对象-提出设计方案-验证实际效果"的工程思维方式和综合实践能力.

Abstract

The traditional PLC experiment bench consisting of mono-functional modules is quite different from real applica-tion scenarios,which cannot effectively help students combine theoretical knowledge with actual controlled objects.The training effects of engineering ability is limited.Therefore,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the practical teaching goals and the require-ments of enterprises for employees,a set of PLC practical training platform for real application scenarios is proposed and construc-ted.The platform takes the typical workpiece processing line in the manufacturing industry as the model,and is consistent with the actual system in terms of component composition,spatial layout and control functions.The configuration of hardware and software possesses structured characteristics so that teachers can design various experiments of different levels of difficulty according to teach-ing needs.It not only can effectively stimulate students'learning enthusiasm,but also is beneficial to gradually exercise and culti-vate students'engineering thinking mode and comprehensive practice ability of"from analyzing controlled objects to proposing de-sign schemes then to verifying the actual effects".
