面向建筑业高质量发展的土木工程特色人才培养模式研究——以东莞理工学院土木工程专业为例

基于"新工科"建设背景,分析了全国建筑业高质量发展方向、区域行业特点,以及相应的产业人才培养需求.基于此确定了专业人才培养特色,并针对性设置装配式建筑、BIM技术及应用、结构检测/鉴定/加固三大选修模块课程,突出建筑工业化、数字化及维护更新的人才培养特色;通过与协同育人企业共建课程团队、产学研实践基地,构建多层次、全方位产教融合协同育人平台,开展全过程工程实际案例教学、网络课程平台建设、项目化教学、贴近实战考核等教学方法与手段创新,培养学生具备面向建筑业高质量发展的知识技能,教学成效显著.
Research of Characteristic Talents Training Mode of Civil Engineering Mayor for High-quality Development of Construction Industry:A Case Study of Civil Engineering Mayor of Dongguan University of Technology
Based on the background of new engineering,the high-quality development direction,regional industry character-istics and talent demand of construction industry are analyzed.Then characteristics of professional talent training are set,and three modularized curriculum programs which includes prefabricated building,BIM technology and application,structure detection&i-dentification&strengthening are offered to emphasize the characteristics of talent training that includes building industrialization,building informatization,building intellectualization,building greening and building maintenance and updating.In order to develop students'professional knowledge and skills for high-quality development of the construction industry,multi-level all-round produc-tion-education integration collaborative education platform is established by building curriculum group and industry-university-re-search practice base with collaborative education enterprise,also teaching method innovation is carried out which includes overall-process case teaching,building online course platform,project teaching and assessment based on engineering practice.Significant achievements have been made.
