摘要
通过对汕尾市"深度融湾"工程的建设情况进行实地考察、座谈交流、资料收集等,选取汕尾市"深度融湾"工程中所涉及的产业共建问题进行研究,阐述了深圳与汕尾产业共建的现状,从发展理念、管理体制、相关政策、市场对接和产业链协同等方面剖析深圳与汕尾产业共建存在的问题,据此,提出促进深圳与汕尾产业共建发展的若干对策:统一深圳与汕尾的发展理念;优化深圳与汕尾产业共建的管理体制;制定深圳与汕尾产业共建专项政策;促进市场顺畅对接和促进深圳与汕尾产业链协同等.
Abstract
This paper conducts an empirical study on the industrial co-construction issues within the"Deep Integration into the Greater Bay Area"project in Shanwei City through field observations,discussions,and data collection.It expounds on the cur-rent status,and analyzes the existing challenges from the perspectives of development philosophy,management system,relevant pol-icies,market integration,and industrial chain collaboration.Based on this analysis,several strategies are proposed to promote the industrial co-construction and development between Shenzhen and Shanwei:unifying the development philosophy,optimizing the management system for industrial co-construction,formulating specific policies for industrial co-construction,facilitating smooth market integration,and enhancing industrial chain collaboration between Shenzhen and Shanwei.
