摘要
高质量发展是乡村产业发展的新定位.ESG理念与高质量发展高度契合,是高质量发展的写实路径.文章从两者的契合点出发,选取典型区域进行对比分析,发现当前我国乡村产业发展中普遍存在区域壁垒明显、人才资金匮乏、绿色转型缓慢、产业融合和技术创新不足等问题.ESG理念为乡村产业高质量发展绘制了清晰的实践蓝图,能够显著促进绿色创新、改善主体关系、缓解人才困境、优化产业结构、提高治理效能、缓释发展风险.据此,需坚持系统性的思维优化政策环境、加速ESG理念和乡村产业融合,提高产业治理水平、构建ESG评价体系,拓宽融资渠道,以加快推进乡村产业的高质量发展.
Abstract
High-quality development signifies a new direction for rural industrial development.The ESG(Environmental,Social,and Governance)concept aligns closely with high-quality development and serves as a practical pathway towards it.Starting from the convergence point of the two,this article selects typical regions through comparative analysis and discovers that common is-sues in China's current rural industrial development including significant regional barriers,a shortage of talent and funding,slow green transformation,and inadequate industrial integration and technological innovation.The ESG concept provides a clear practical blueprint for high-quality rural industrial development,significantly promoting green innovation,improving stakeholder relation-ships,alleviating talent shortages,optimizing industrial structure,enhancing governance efficiency,and mitigating development risks.Therefore,it is necessary to adhere to systematic thinking,optimize the policy environment,accelerate the integration of ESG concepts into rural industries,improve industrial governance,establish an ESG evaluation system,and broaden financing channels to expedite high-quality development in rural industries.
