Poetry music,as an important part of traditional Chinese music,has experienced hundreds of years of historical evolution,from the initial combination of poetry and music to today's colorful art forms,carrying profound historical and cultural connotations.The evolution of the artistic characteristics and expression techniques of poetry music is constantly changing with the development of history.Under the challenges and opportunities faced by modern vocal music education,integrating classical poetry art songs into vocal music teaching,including song selection,singing skills,and cultural background integration,is a new teaching idea full of era significance,and also provides a new perspective and practical experience for contemporary vocal music education.This paper analyzes the prospect of the combination of poetry music and vocal music education,hoping to promote the inheritance and development of poetry music art through innovative teaching methods and interdisciplinary cooperation,and inject new vitality and inspiration into contemporary vocal music education.
