思政课教师解释能力的三重维度

思政课要做到解渴受用、启智润心、培根铸魂,关键在于"解惑".要"解惑"则需要教师具备良好的解释能力.加强这一能力建设,是讲好思政课道理的基础.具体而言,需要强化教师的问题意识提升解释能力的针对性,做到"发现解释的问题"与"对于问题的解释"的统一;深耕经典著作提高解释能力的学术性,以学术性支撑政治性、思想性、专业性;掌握科学方法增强解释能力的有效性,实现弄清楚问题与讲清楚问题的有机结合.
The Three Dimensions of Explaining Ability for Ideological-Political Teachers
The key to making ideological and political courses refreshing,enlightening,nurturing,and soul-shaping is re-solving doubts.To resolve doubts,teachers need to have good explaining ability.Strengthening this capacity is the foundation for"presenting facts and reasons"of ideological and political courses.Specifically,it requires enhancing teachers'consciousness of problems to enha nce the effectiveness of their explaining ability,achieving the unification of"discovering the problems to be ex-plained"and"explaining the problems";deepening the study of classic works to enhance the academy of their explaining ability,thereby supporting the politics,ideology,and profession with academy;and mastering scientific methods to enhance the effective-ness of their explaining ability,achieving the organic combination of clarifying the problems and presenting them well.
