摘要
习近平总书记关于党的文化领导权重要论述是新时代党领导文化建设的行动指南和根本遵循,是习近平文化思想的重要内容.它守正创新,继承和发展了马克思主义文化领导权理论,赋予其新的时代内涵和现实价值;它洞察大势,深刻总结了党领导文化建设的历史经验,实现了对重大时代命题的理论提炼和升华;以加强党的建设、巩固意识形态阵地、建强人才队伍为实践路径,科学回答了建设社会主义文化强国的时代之问.
Abstract
General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on the Party's cultural leadership is a guide to action and a fundamental guideline for the Party's leadership of cultural construction in the new era,and is an important element of Xi Jinping's cultural thought.It is innovative,inherits and develops the Marxist theory of cultural leadership,and gives it new contemporary connotation and practical value;it is insightful,profoundly sums up the historical experience of the Party's leadership in cultural construction,and realises the theoretical refinement and sublimation of major propositions of the times;and it scientifically answers the question of the times of building socialist cultural power by taking the practical path of strengthening the Party's construction,consolidating ideological positions,and building a strong human resources force as the way to practice.Scientfically answered the question of the times on building a strong socialist cultural country.
