摘要
基于区块链等分布式技术的Web3.0 以其"开放、安全、共建、共享"的特性将打造互联网的全新生态.从技术逻辑和现实逻辑的视角看,Web3.0 技术在高等教育领域的应用,在高效交互、创新激励、安全保障等方面能够突破现有技术应用于高校育人场域的局限.经客观审视,发现未来智能技术赋能高校育人变革仍存在高校数字化智能化建设发展不平衡不充分、教育数字化基础建设资源的有效供给不足、技术发展与技术赋能耦合面临双重境况等制约因素.高校应主动利用新一代互联网技术革命带来的优势,加强智能技术赋能高校育人的顶层设计、夯实教育数字化智能化的新型基础建设、推动协同育人机制共建共享的嬗变升级、增强智能技术嵌入下的价值引领与认同、统筹发展与安全的动态平衡与良性互动,从顶层设计、基础建设、协同机制、价值引领、安全保障等方面着力变革,全面推进高校育人的高质量发展.
Abstract
Web3.0,based on distributed technologies such as blockchain,will create a new ecology of the Internet with its characteristics of"openness,security,co-construction and sharing".In the field of higher education,from the perspective of technical logic and practical logic,Web 3.0 technology can break through the practical limitations of existing technology in the field of college education in terms of efficient interaction,innovation incentives,security and other aspects.Objectively,in the future,there are still some constraints such as unbalanced and insufficient development of digital intelligence construction in universities,insufficient effective supply of digital education infrastructure resources,and the dual situation faced by the coupling of technology development and technology empowerment.The universities should actively integrate the advantages of the new generation of Internet technology revolution,strengthen the cutting-edge layout of intelligent technology empowering universities to educate people,consolidate the new infrastructure of digital and intelligent education,promote the evolution and upgrading of the collaborative education mechanism to jointly build and share,strengthen the value guidance and recognition under the embedded intelligent technology,coordinate balance and positive interaction between overall development and security,make changes in the top-level design,infrastructure,collaborative mechanism,value guidance and security guarantee,to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of college education.
