摘要
基层党组织的革命性锻造,是党的基层组织结合基层实际进行自我革命和推动社会革命的具体实践,是在改造主观世界与改造客观世界的有机统一中推进基层党建的重要路径.基层党组织是直接服务人民群众的"窗口",加强基层党组织革命性锻造是筑牢党执政根基的关键所在、引领基层治理效能提升的必然选择、推动全面从严治党向基层延伸的必要环节、践行始终代表中国最广大人民根本利益的重要途径.推动党的自我革命战略思想在基层落地生根,依托基层实践激发推动社会革命的创新活力,聚焦基层主业以彻底自我革命精神检身正己,立足民情民意提升基层社会治理现代化水平,正是基层党组织加强革命性锻造的鲜活实践.
Abstract
The revolutionary forging of primary-level Party organizations is a concrete practice of the Party's grass-roots organizations to carry out self-revolution and promote social revolution in conjunction with grass-roots realities,and it is an important path to promote grass-roots Party building in the organic unity of transforming the subjective world and transforming the objective world.Primary-level Party organizations are the"windows"that directly serve the people.Strengthening the revolutionary forging of primary-level Party organizations is the key to building the foundation of the Party's rule,the inevitable choice to lead the grass-roots governance to improve its effectiveness,the necessary link to promote the extension of the Party's strict governance to the grass-roots level,and an important way of practicing the fundamental interests of representing the broadest number of people in China at all times.Promoting the Party's strategic thought of self-revolution to take root at the grass-roots level,relying on grass-roots practices to stimulate innovative vitality to promote social revolution,focusing on key grass-roots efforts to examine themselves in the spirit of complete self-revolution,and improving the modernization of grass-roots social governance based on public sentiment and public opinion are precisely the vivid practices of primary-level Party organizations to strengthen revolutionary forging.
