摘要

大中小学思想政治教育一体化建设是教育强国建设的内在要义和必由之路,要在深刻把握其内涵和特征的基础上,从应为、难为与何为三个逻辑向度加以认识和推进:为落实立德树人根本任务培根铸魂、为深化治国理政实践聚势赋能、为完善育人工作体系耦合贯通、为加强学科协同建设提质增效,此乃应为;存在着目标设计不够合理和完善、课程内容不够系统和连贯、师资队伍不够达标和专业、保障机制不够健全和高效等问题,此乃难为;以坚定中国特色教育自信为支撑点,以"1342 协同共生"模式为着力点,即贯彻"一个思想"、坚持"三个导向"、做到"四个强化"、依托"两个机制"共同促进大中小学思想政治教育一体化建设,为教育强国建设增智赋能,此乃何为.

Abstract

The integrated construction of ideological and political education in primary,secondary,and tertiary education is the inherent essence and necessary path of building a strong education country.Based on a profound understanding of its connotation and characteristics,it is necessary to recognize and promote it from three logical dimensions:Behoove,Difficulty and How to do it.To cultivate roots and soul for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and nurturing people,to gather momentum and empower for deepening the practice of governance and politics,to improve the coupling and connection of the education work system,and to enhance the quality and efficiency of disciplinary coordination construction,this should be.There are problems such as unreasonable and incomplete goal design,insufficient systematic and coherent course content,inadequate teaching staff,inadequate professionalism,and inadequate and efficient guarantee mechanisms,which are difficult to achieve.Taking the firm confidence in education with Chinese characteristics as the support point and the"1342 Collaborative Coexistence"model as the focus,namely implementing the"one ideology",adhering to the"three orientations",achieving the"four consolidations",and relying on the"two mechanisms"to jointly promote the integrated construction of ideological and political education in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools,and enhancing the intelligence and empowerment of the construction of an educational powerhouse,this is how to do the content.
