摘要

总结介绍太阳能热水器行业中热水器内胆的焊接方法及工艺,重点阐述常压太阳能真空集热管式热水器内胆的常用焊接方法中的钨极氩弧焊和电阻缝焊、钨极氩弧焊和电阻缝焊焊接工艺及技术要点.简要介绍承压式太阳能热水器内胆的焊接方法中的CO2气体保护焊及焊接工艺.以期为从事太阳能热水器内胆制造的相关工艺人员提供一定的借鉴.

Abstract

The welding method and technology of the water heater tank in the solar water heater industry are introduced.And the argon tungsten arc welding and electric resistance seam welding commonly used for the atmospheric pressure solar vacuum heat pipe water heater tank,and their welding technologies and technical points are mainly expound.Finally,the CO2 gas shielded arc welding and its welding technology for the pressure type solar water heater tank are briefly introduced.It is hoped to provide some reference for the relevant personnel engaged in the manufacturing of solar water heater tank.
