Research on Fragmental Manuscripts from the Bao'en Temple in Dunhuang
The fragmental manuscripts S.6064,P.4021,S.4120,Дх01423 and S.6226 from Dunhuang are all documents regarding the local economics of the Bao'en Temple.Among them,S.6064 is a four-column accounting manuscript that records the financial revenues and expenditures of the temple during either 815 or 827.The other manuscripts,all of which date from the Gui-yi-jun regime period,are also account books that record the income and expenditures of the temple.
