Summary of the Event,"Dunhuang Forum:Symposium on the Global Significance of the Research and Promotion of Dunhuang Studies"
On September 5-8,2023,the event"Dunhuang Forum:Symposium on the Global Significance of the Research and Promotion of Dunhuang Studies"was held at Dunhuang.The forum was organized by the Dunhuang Academy and spon-sored by the Propaganda Department of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee and the Gansu Provincial Bureau of Cultural Relics.More than 100 experts and scholars from 11 countries and regions including China,Russia,America,Britain,France,Japan,Italy,Turkey,Korea and Iran gathered together to discuss the research of Dunhuang studies and the inheritance and devel-opment of Dunhuang culture and art.
