Forty Years Working for Dunhuang Research——Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Dunhuang Academy
This paper reviews the forty years of development that have passed since the inception of Dunhuang Research,as well as the difficulties the author has experienced while editing the journal over this time.In addition,the summary includes various anecdotes from the author's work and travels.Dunhuang Research has today become a flag around which research in both Dunhuang studies and other social science periodicals converge,and which leads the discipline of Dunhuang studies to develop in both breadth and depth.
