The building optical storage system has attracted a lot of attention in recent years,and its research mainly focuses on the optimization of system configuration and economy,but there is insufficient analysis of the factors affecting the economic benefits of the building optical storage system,and there is a lack of comprehen-sive economic assessment methods.By reviewing the relevant literature,focusing on the analysis of time-shar-ing tariffs,energy storage life,and system capacity configuration optimization,we propose a cost-benefit model of the building optical storage system based on the above three factors,and conduct a cost-benefit analysis of the building optical storage system with the net present value as the benchmark.Taking the optical storage system in a building as a case study,the proposed model is used for cost-benefit analysis to obtain the NPV before and after configuration optimization,and to analyze its economy on this basis.Simulation results show that the opti-mized system can recover the initial investment faster,and the net present value has been significantly improved,but the profitability of the whole system mainly depends on the photovoltaic,the profitability of the energy stor-age only accounts for a small portion of the paper does not take into account the sale of electricity to the grid and thus profit,so in the case of only considering the savings of the situation,the profitability of the energy storage of the photovoltaic is about 16% of the case.
