摘要

在运行中,若氧化锌避雷器内部受潮,将造成其阀片电位分布不均,严重影响避雷器的保护性能.利用COMSOL有限元分析软件对氧化锌避雷器进行了电热耦合分析,研究在雷电流冲击下,避雷器受潮部位对其内部的径向电场和内外温度分布的影响.在简化金属氧化物避雷器(metal oxide arrester,MOA)的几何与计算模型后,设置波形为4/10 μs的脉冲电流,通过在避雷器阀片周围设置水膜用以模拟阀片受潮状态,通过设置动态电导率模拟氧化锌阀片面对冲击电流时的集肤效应,通过改变水膜的位置来模拟不同的受潮部位.仿真结果表明:任意部位受潮都会导致阀片径向电场变大并引起不必要的温升,加速其老化;其中,避雷器中、上节受潮对其径向电场以及温度分布有着较大影响.当避雷器中、上节发生受潮时,阀片边缘最大径向电场分别增加了 23.76%和23.73%、阀片内部最高温度可达228.73℃.因此,提高避雷器中、上两节的绝缘、抗污、抗潮能力,优化避雷器的结构和材料,可以提高避雷器的运行可靠性,减少雷击跳闸事故的发生.

Abstract

If the interior of the ZnO arrester is damp in operation,the potential distribution of the valve plate will be uneven,which will seriously affect the protection performance of the arrester.The electric-thermal coupling analysis of the ZnO arrester is carried out by COMSOL finite element analysis software.The influence of the damp position on the radial electric field and the internal and external temperature distribution of the arrester un-der the impact of lightning current is studied.After simplifying the geometry and caclation model of metal oxide arrester(MOA),the pulse current with a waveform of 4/10 μs is set.The water film is set around the arrester valve to simulate the damp state of the valve.The skin effect of the ZnO arrester valve under the impact of light-ning current is simulated by setting the dynamic conductioity,and the damp parts are simulated by changing the position of the water film.The simulation results show that any damp part of the moisture will cause the radial electric field to become larger and cause unnecessary temperature rise,which will accelerat its aging.Among them,the damp of the middle and upper sections of the arrester has a great influence on its radial electric field and temperature distribution.When the middle and upper sections of the arrester are dampened,the maximum radial electric field at the edge of the valve plate increases by 23.76%and 23.73%respectively,and the maxi-mum temperature inside the valve plate can reach 228.73℃.It can improve the operation reliability of the arrest-er and reduce the lightning trip accident by improving the insulation,anti-pollution and anti-moisture ability of the middle and upper sections of the arrester,and optimizing the structure and material of the arrester,so as to improve the operation reliability of the arrester and reduce the lightning trip accident.
