摘要
针对车辆撞击道路两侧输电杆塔的事故频繁发生的现状,设计了一种基于圆环型阻尼器的新型耗能防撞装置,用其保障输电杆塔的正常使用,使输电杆塔在受到车辆撞击后能够有效减少冲击能量带来的损伤.通过非线性有限元软件LS-DYNA对新型耗能防撞装置的主要耗能构件圆环型阻尼器进行了冲击耗能分析,并对该耗能防撞装置进行了实际车辆撞击下的防撞性能研究.对经典钢板单向准静态加载试验进行了数值模拟,结果表明所建立的有限元模型可以较好地模拟钢材在荷载作用下的变形情况.基于此模型分析了不同截面尺寸下圆环型阻尼器在冲击作用下的耗能能力和变形情况,得出了最优截面参数,并对比分析了最优尺寸下的新型耗能防撞装置和普通输电杆塔的防护效果.结果表明,在落锤撞击作用下,优化后圆环型阻尼器的变形情况良好,且吸能效果达到了最佳;在车辆撞击作用下,采用优化后的圆环型阻尼器作为主要耗能构件的新型耗能防撞装置能够吸收大部分车辆撞击的能量,并有效降低了车辆撞击过程中的冲击力峰值与平台值.因此,基于圆环型阻尼器的新型耗能装置具有较好的耗能能力,可以保障输电杆塔的安全.
Abstract
In response to the frequent occurrence of accidents in which vehicles hit power poles on both sides of the road,a new type of energy-consuming collision avoidance device based on ring dampers is designed to guar-antee the normal use of transmission poles,and effectively reduce the damage caused by impact energy after be-ing hit by vehicles.Through the nonlinear finite element software LS-DYNA,the main energy-consuming component of the energy-consuming device,the ring damper,is analyzed for impact energy consumption,and the energy-consuming collision avoidance device of the ring damper is studied for its collision avoidance perfor-mance under actual vehicle impact.Numerical simulation of classical steel plate one-way quasi-static loading test is carried out,and the results show that the finite element model established in this paper can better simulate the deformation of steel under loading.Based on this model,the energy dissipation capacity and deformation of the ring damper under different cross-section sizes are analyzed,and the optimal cross-section parameters are derived to optimize the energy dissipation capacity.The protection is compared between the new energy-con-suming collision avoidance device under the optimal dimensions and the common transmission pole.The results show that the deformation of the optimized ring damper is good and the energy-absorbing effect reaches the best under the impact of falling hammer;under the impact of vehicle,the new energy-consuming collision avoidance device adopting the optimized ring damper as the main energy-consuming component is able to absorb most of the energy from the vehicle impact,and effectively reduce the peak and plateau values of the impact force in the process of the vehicle impact.Therefore,the new energy-consuming device based on the ring damper has a good energy-consuming ability and can guarantee the safety of the transmission pole.
