摘要

旨在探究偶然因素引起的输电塔局部构件失效对结构受力状态的影响,进而为输电塔结构设计以及其受损后的评估与加固提供理论依据.利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立输电塔有限元模型,考虑材料性能、外部荷载、人为因素以及受损位置的随机性,采用"生死单元"技术模拟不同位置构件失效,分析其对输电塔顶部位移、结构内力重分布、危险截面位置的影响规律.局部构件失效会引起结构内力重分布导致周边其他构件应力过大而屈服,严重时会造成塔体倒塌,影响输电工程的正常运行.单根构件失效时,塔顶位移随失效构件位置降低而增加,其中竖向杆件对塔整体性影响最大;构件组合失效的影响大于单根构件失效,其中竖向构件的组合失效影响更大,而与悬挑结构根部相连的竖直杆件组合失效时对塔体安全影响最大.

Abstract

The purpose is to explore the impact of accidental factors causing local structural members failure of transmission towers on the structural stress state,and to guide the design of transmission tower structures,as well as the evaluation and reinforcement after local failure.A finite element model of a transmission tower is es-tablished by using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,taking into account material properties,exter-nal loads,human factors,and the randomness of damage locations.The"life and death element"technique is used to simulate the failure of local structural members at different positions,and the impact of failure on the dis-placement at the top of the transmission tower,the redistribution of internal forces in the structure,and the loca-tion of dangerous sections is analyzed.Local structural members failure can cause redistribution of internal force in the structure,leading to excessive stress and yielding of other surrounding members,seriously affecting the normal operation of the power transmission project.When a single structural member fails,the displacement at the top of the tower increases as the position of the failed local structural members decreases,with vertical mem-bers having the greatest impact on the overall integrity of the tower.The impact of structural members combina-tion failure is greater than that of single structural member failure,with the combined failure of vertical members having a greater impact,while the combined failure of vertical members connected to the root of the cantilever structure has the greatest impact.
