摘要

针对传统跨越高铁线时采用搭设毛竹跨越架或采用双起重机抬吊遮护方式进行跨越施工的弊端,发明了一种新型单起重机翻线装置.介绍了单起重机翻线装置及其在跨越高铁夜间施工的使用方法,设计了工程施工的工艺、选型和流程.该单起重机翻线装置的应用,简化了在输电线路建设中跨越工程施工的工程量和工器具,施工操作灵活方便,减少了工程项目的施工成本,取得了良好的工程效果.此架线装置及跨越施工方法已在多项大型输电线工程中成功应用.

Abstract

In view of the disadvantages of traditional crossing high-speed railway line by setting up bamboo cross-ing frame or using double crane to cover the crossing construction,a new type of single crane turning device is invented.The single crane line-turning device is introduced,and its application method in night construction across high-speed railway is described.The construction technology,selection and process of the project are de-signed.The application of the single crane wire turning device simplifies the engineering quantity and tools of the construction of the crossing project in the construction of the transmission line.The construction operation is flexible and convenient,the construction cost of engineering projects is reduced,and the good engineering effect is obtained.This kind of stringing device and crossing construction method has been successfully applied in a number of large transmission line projects.
