摘要

火电在中国的能源电力结构中仍将占据重要地位.在生产中,火电企业须按照国标严格控制NOx排放.并且为实现"双碳"目标,面对愈加严格的排放国标,火电企业不断努力,进行了相关NOx控制技术的创新、优化和升级,控制其所产生的NOx的排放达到了国家或行业的相关标准.重点针对NOx控制技术和治理方案进行综述,通过具体的NOx治理典型案例分析了NOx排放控制技术的理论、方法,以及在工程实践中的实施方案、工艺及其效果.NOx控制技术分为低NOx燃烧技术和烟气脱硝技术等两大类.低NOx燃烧技术从源头控制NOx生成,具体从燃料和运行氧量角度出发优化燃烧方式,其通过调整运行氧量,抑制燃烧中NOx生成.对于烟气中的NOx的处理,在实际中常用到的是SCR、SNCR和SNCR-SCR脱硝技术,3种方式都是利用了还原剂和NOx可以发生反应生成N2的思路,需要注意反应的适宜温度、还原剂(尿素或者NH3)消耗量以及催化剂的使用情况,在保证NOx超低排放的同时还需要解决在实际工程运行中出现的堵塞、氨逃逸量大以及脱硝效率低的问题.

Abstract

Thermal power will still occupy an important position in China's energy and power structure.In pro-duction,thermal power enterprises must strictly control NOx emissions in accordance with national standards.In order to achieve the goal of"double carbon",in the face of increasingly strict emission national standards,ther-mal power enterprises have made continuous efforts to innovate,optimize and upgrade the relevant NOx control technology,and control the NOx emissions generated by them to meet the relevant standards of the country or in-dustry.The NOx control technology and control scheme are reviewed.The theory and method of NOx emission control technology,as well as the implementation scheme,process and effect in engineering practice are ana-lyzed through specific typical cases of NOx control.NOx control technology is divided into low NOx combustion technology and flue gas denitration technology.Low NOx combustion technology controls NOx generation from the source,and the combustion mode can be optimized from the perspective of fuel and operating oxygen.By ad-justing the amount of oxygen in operation,NOx formation in combustion is inhibited.For the treatment of NOx in flue gas,SCR,SNCR and SNCR-SCR denitration technology are commonly used in practice.The three methods all use the idea that reducing agent and NOx can react to generate N2.It is necessary to pay attention to the appropriate temperature of the reaction,the consumption of reducing agent(urea or NH3)and the use of cat-alyst.While ensuring ultra-low NOx emission,it is also necessary to solve the problems of blockage,large am-monia escape and low denitration efficiency in actual engineering operation.
