Researching of Power System Harmonic Analysis Based on Wavelet Theory
In recent years, as the development of the power electronic technology the nonlinear load of the industry is increasing day by day. The harmonic distortion of the power system is getting more and more serious. So measurement, analysis, and restraining the harmonic of power system has become an important topic for the environmental management of the power system. This paper expounds the basic principle of the harmonic and wavelet transform and it will use the wavelet transform and the Matlab simulation to test and analyse the harmonic in the power grid and treat the harmonic with the passive filter. The simulation results show that, the wavelet transform can extract the harmonic in different frequency from the signal effectively and make the analysis of the harmonic pertinency, it will also prove that analysis the harmonic in the power grid by the wavelet transform has higher analysis precision and better results.
