Design of 2.5 kW Level Pulse Modules for Nationwide Production in the L-Band
With the rapid development of national defense and civil technology,the high-performance L-band pulse module has become a key component in the field of radar and communication.This paper introduces the design process of a 2.5kW class L-band pulse module made in China.The module adopts advanced radio frequency amplification technology and pulse forming network design,combined with the advantages of local materials and process technology,to achieve high performance and low cost production of the module.Simulation and experimental verification show that the designed module meets all the expected technical parameters,including power level,pulse width and efficiency,and passes the strict quality control and reliability evaluation.
