Research on the Design and Construction of Emergency Broadcasting Room System in Tianjin Radio and Television Station
The design of emergency broadcast system is directly related to the social security and information dissemination under the emergency.Taking the design and construction of the Tianjin radio and television station emergency broadcast room as an example,this paper analyzes the design principles,functions,equipment architecture,input and output design and equipment selection of the system.Under the guidance of operational reliability,economic and constructive design principles,a system architecture with redundancy of main and standby and distributed in different places is constructed.On the premise of clarifying the functional distinction between the pilot room and the live broadcast room,flexible man-machine interaction mode is realized.Practice has proved that the construction of the emergency broadcast live room system can realize the high-reliability,flexible and economical emergency broadcast live function,and meet the needs of social security and information dissemination in an emergency state.
