摘要
文章基于河南广播电视台104台运行ISO9001标准的经验,尝试在留有充分、合理自主权的前提下,探讨编制兼具前瞻性、兼容性的无线发射台站标准,将无线发射台站工作划分为 5 大流程和 25 个程序.通过对各程序进行标准化编制,实现无线发射台站的标准化管理,为无线发射台站规范化管理、经验共享、无人值守以及智慧台站转型等工作奠定基础.
Abstract
Based on the experience of Henan Radio and Television Station 104 operating ISO9001 standards,this article attempts to explore the development of a forward-looking and compatible wireless transmission station standard while leaving sufficient and reasonable autonomy.The work of wireless transmission stations is divided into 5 major processes and 25 programs.By standardizing various programs,standardized management of wireless transmission stations can be achieved.To lay the foundation for standardized management,experience sharing,unmanned operation,and transformation of smart stations for wireless transmission stations.
