应急广播系统是国家应急体系建设的重要组成部分,在紧急情况的预测、指挥、疏散及解决中发挥着至关重要的作用.基于此,围绕应急广播数据信息汇聚与融媒体发布系统,设计汇聚微信、微博、互联网媒体、热线电话及电商渠道等多渠道应急广播数据资源的应急热线平台系统、应急路况发布系统、应急广播接收发布平台接口系统及应急广播新型终端.
Abstract
The emergency broadcasting system is an important component of the national emergency system construction, playing a crucial role in predicting, commanding, evacuating, and resolving emergency situations. Based on this, the emergency hotline platform system, emergency road condition release system, emergency broadcast receiving and release platform interface system and new emergency broadcast terminal are designed around the emergency broadcast data information gathering and financial media release system, which gathers multi-channel emergency broadcast data resources such as WeChat, microblog, Internet media, hotline and e-commerce channels.
