大数据技术以数据为基础,可以从海量数据中提取有价值的信息.在语音呼叫综合管理平台设计中,通过应用大数据技术处理大量的语音交互数据,可以提高服务质量.基于此,深入探讨大数据技术在设计语音呼叫综合管理平台中的应用,包括语音呼叫系统需求分析、系统架构设计、语音数据的实时分析及用户行为预测与服务个性化等方面,并通过实验验证了大数据技术在语音呼叫综合管理平台设计中的优势,旨在提供一种基于大数据技术的语音呼叫管理和服务路径.
Abstract
Big data technology is based on data and can extract valuable information from massive amounts of data. In the design of a voice call comprehensive management platform, the application of big data technology to process a large amount of voice interaction data can improve service quality. Based on this, an in-depth exploration was conducted on the application of big data technology in the design of a voice call comprehensive management platform, including voice call system requirement analysis, system architecture design, real-time analysis of voice data, user behavior prediction, and service personalization. The advantages of big data technology in the design of a voice call comprehensive management platform were verified through experiments, aiming to provide a voice call management and service path based on big data technology.
