工业生产中通常涉及大量精密的小型容器或腔体,其容积需要精确测量.对于那些内部结构不规则的产品,采用常规的测量方法已经无法有效地测量其容积.针对上述问题,设计一种基于声压法的容积测量系统.系统主要由微控制单元(Micro Controller Unit,MCU)主控模块、音频电路、传声器及受话器等构成.测量时受话器发出固定强度的探测音,主控模块通过传声器采集待测腔体内的声压,并根据已知的声压-容积转换关系计算得到容积.实验结果表明,在0.1~5.0 mL,测试结果的误差符合预期.系统可以直接测量小型腔体的容积,适用性更强,结构简单,操作方便,可有效降低测量操作难度和设备复杂度.
Design of a Cavity Volume Measurement System Based on Sound Pressure Method
In industrial production, a large number of precision small containers or chambers are usually involved, and their volume needs to be accurately measured. For products with irregular internal structures, conventional measurement methods cannot easily and effectively achieve volume measurement. A volume measurement system based on sound pressure method was designed to address the above issues. The system mainly consists of Micro Controller Unit (MCU) main control module, audio circuit, microphone, receiver, etc. During measurement, the receiver emits a fixed intensity detection sound, and the main control module collects the sound pressure inside the test chamber through a microphone, and calculates the volume based on the known sound pressure-volume conversion relationship. The experimental results indicate that within the range of 0.1~5.0 mL, the error of the test results meets expectations. The system can directly measure the volume of small cavities, with stronger applicability, simple structure, and convenient operation, which can effectively reduce the difficulty of measurement operation and equipment complexity.
