摘要
首先探讨广播电视与网络视听智慧监测监管的概念及主要内容,其次介绍智慧监测监管的主要功能及广播电视与网络视听智慧监测监管的基本架构,最后分析广播电视与网络视听智慧监测监管的关键技术,包括网络视听内容识别技术、智能采集与识别技术、违规内容自动识别技术及大数据技术.相关研究成果对于推动广播电视与网络视听智慧监测监管工作的发展,具有一定的理论和实践指导意义.
Abstract
This article first explores the concept and main content of intelligent monitoring and regulation of broadcasting and television and network audiovisual intelligence. Secondly, it introduces the main functions of intelligent monitoring and regulation and the basic architecture of broadcasting and television and network audiovisual intelligence monitoring and regulation. Finally, it analyzes the key technologies of broadcasting and television and network audiovisual intelligence monitoring and regulation, including network audiovisual content recognition technology, intelligent collection and recognition technology, automatic identification technology of illegal content, and big data technology. The relevant research results have certain theoretical and practical guidance significance for promoting the development of intelligent monitoring and supervision of broadcasting, television, and online audiovisual technology.
