传统的频率合成器设计难以兼顾小型化、低功耗、超宽带且低相位噪声的集成需求,因此研究频率合成器的设计原理,详细剖析频率合成器的关键电路设计方法.实验结果表明,所提出的频率合成器不仅成功覆盖了Ka频段,而且在100 Hz偏移下展现出的相位噪声水平优于-76 dBc·Hz-1,加之操作过程中的动态功耗被控制在不超过 5 W的范围内,符合设计需求.
Design of Low Phase Noise Frequency Synthesizer in Ka Frequency Band Miniaturization
The traditional design of frequency synthesizer is difficult to meet the integration requirements of miniaturization,low power consumption,ultra-wideband and low phase noise,so the design principle of frequency synthesizer is studied and the key circuit design method of frequency synthesizer is analyzed in detail.The experimental results show that the proposed frequency synthesizer not only successfully covers Ka band,but also exhibits a phase noise level better than-76 dBc·Hz-1 at 100 Hz offset,the dynamic power consumption during its operation is controlled within the range of 5 W,which meets the design requirements.
