复合材料超声显微层析成像检测研究

利用超声波扫描显微镜,搭载25 MHz超声显微换能器对碳纤维层压复合材料板进行内部层析成像检测.研究结果表明,超声显微技术可以很好地检测出复合材料内部的分层、变形、孔洞等缺陷,以及纤维层不均等结构性问题.通过多层层析成像,可以有效对缺陷、材料不均位置进行三维定位.
Tomographic Detection of Composite Materials with Scanning Acoustic Microscope
Using an ultrasonic scanning microscope and equipped with a 25 MHz ultrasonic micro transducer,internal tomography imaging detection was performed on carbon fiber laminated composite panels.The research results indicate that ultrasonic microscopy technology can effectively detect defects such as delamination,deformation,and pores inside composite materials,as well as structural problems such as uneven fiber layers.Through multi-layer tomographic imaging,it is possible to effectively locate defects and uneven material locations in three-dimensional.
