Positioning Method of Coal Mine Tunnel Boring Machine Based on Acoustic Emission Technology
Acoustic emission technology can monitor the sound waves generated during the operation of equipment,and by analyzing the propagation characteristics of these sound waves,the position of the tunneling machine can be accurately determined. Based on this,the basic principle of acoustic emission technology is introduced in detail,and the application effect of this technology in the positioning of coal mine tunnel boring machines is analyzed through experiments. The experimental results show that acoustic emission technology can not only provide high-precision positioning services,but also update real-time position information during coal mine tunnel excavation,effectively improving the safety and efficiency of excavation operations.
