基于声学信号分析的肺部疾病自动诊断系统研究

为提高肺部疾病诊断的准确率,提出一种基于声学信号分析的肺部疾病自动诊断系统.该系统通过高精度的麦克风阵列和模数转换芯片采集呼吸音信号,采用基于现场可编程逻辑门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)的并行计算架构,从预处理后的信号中挖掘并优选关键特征.实验结果表明,该系统在支气管哮喘、肺炎及慢性阻塞性肺疾病上具有较高的诊断准确率.
Research on an Automatic Diagnosis System for Pulmonary Diseases Based on Acoustic Signal Analysis
To improve the accuracy of lung disease diagnosis,a lung disease automatic diagnosis system based on acoustic signal analysis is proposed. The system collects respiratory sound signals through a high-precision microphone array and analog-to-digital conversion chip,and adopts a parallel computing architecture based on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) to mine and optimize key features from the preprocessed signals. The experimental results indicate that the system has high diagnostic accuracy in bronchial asthma,pneumonia,and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
