随着互联网的飞速发展,网络安全问题日益严重,据此提出一种基于改进和声搜索算法的网络安全态势预测(Improved Harmony Search-based Network Security Situation Prediction,IHS-NSSP)方法,通过引入自适应参数调整策略和多样性驱动的记忆库更新机制,优化算法性能.结合算法优化、特征选择与降维、集成学习技术,IHS-NSSP可显著提升网络安全态势的预测精准度和效率.
Research on Network Security Situation Prediction Method Based on Improved Harmony Search Algorithm
With the rapid development of Internet,the problem of Network Security is becoming more and more serious. Therefore,an Improved Harmony Search-based Network Security Situation Prediction (IHS-NSSP) method is proposed. The performance of the algorithm is optimized by introducing the adaptive parameter adjustment strategy and the diversity-driven memory update mechanism. Combining algorithm optimization,feature selection and dimensionality reduction,and ensemble learning techniques,IHS-NSSP can significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of network security situation prediction.
