Design of Safety Monitoring System for Coal Mine Fully Mechanized Mining Operation Based on Sound Sensing Technology
A safety monitoring system based on sound sensing technology is researched and designed for the complex and changeable environmental characteristics of fully mechanized mining face and the real-time requirement of safety monitoring. The system uses piezoelectric sensors to gather sound signals and processes them with wavelet packet decomposition and support vector machine algorithms to identify features and detect safety issues. Simulation tests show that the system can effectively recognize equipment problems and safety incidents.
