煤巷掘进突出危险声发射监测关键技术研究

随着煤炭开采深度的增加,煤与瓦斯突出风险显著加大,严重威胁煤矿安全生产.分析煤巷掘进过程中应力集中和煤体结构破坏等因素,探讨声发射、微震、声波透射3种监测技术在突出危险预测中的应用,提出多参量监测方案,并结合实际工程实例进行技术实施和效果验证.研究表明,多参量监测技术能够实时、准确地评估煤巷掘进工作面突出危险,为煤矿安全高效开采提供有效的技术支撑.
Research on Key Technologies for Monitoring Dangerous Sounds from Coal Roadway Advancements
With the increase of coal mining depth,the risk of coal and gas outburst increases significantly,which seriously threatens the safety of coal mine production. Factors such as stress concentration and coal structure failure during coal roadway excavation are analyzed. The application of acoustic emission,microseismic and acoustic transmission monitoring technologies in outburst risk prediction is discussed. A multi-parameter monitoring scheme is proposed. The research shows that the multi-parameter monitoring technology can evaluate the outburst risk of coal roadway in real time and accurately,which provides effective technical support for the safe and efficient mining of coal mine.
