地铁引起的变压器振动及噪声抑制措施分析

为提升地铁运行的安全性与稳定性,基于有限元分析方法建立变压器有限元模型,并通过物理场耦合仿真分析和应用效果探究,验证模拟分析结果和噪声抑制措施的有效性.结果显示,变压器磁通规律与位移规律均呈正半周提高,负半周减小的下降趋势;直流偏磁电子使噪声水平提高,提高幅度与偏磁电流成正比,且相同变压器内,铁芯噪声比绕组噪声更大;应用振动、噪声抑制措施,可显著降低变压器振动与噪声水平,可以为地铁变压器的运维管理提供支持.
Analysis of Transformer Vibration and Noise Suppression Measures Caused by Subway
In order to improve the safety and stability of subway operation,the finite element model of transformer was established based on the finite element analysis method,and the effectiveness of the simulation analysis results and noise suppression measures was verified through the physical field coupling simulation analysis and application effect exploration.The results show that the flux law and displacement law of the transformer both increase in half a cycle and decrease in half a cycle.The noise level is increased by the DC bias electron,and the increase amplitude is proportional to the bias current.In the same transformer,the noise of the iron core is larger than that of the winding.The application of vibration and noise suppression measures can significantly reduce the level of transformer vibration and noise,and can provide support for the operation and maintenance management of metro transformer.
